Welcome to Go Wander Dubai (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Dubai travel based platform providing travel and tourism services worldwide. By using this website and booking any service, you agree to be legally bound by this cancellation policy.

This cancellation policy will be effective from the last updated date mentioned above.

Cancellation & Amendment Terms

The cancellation and modification terms for tours, activities, tickets, transfers, and holiday packages vary depending on the experience booked. The exact cancellation rules applicable to each product/service are always displayed on the relevant activity or tour page and/or communicated at the time of booking. By completing a booking with Go Wander Dubai, you agree to be bound by the cancellation policy of the selected experience in addition to the terms below.

Schedules, prices, routings and information published here are correct at this time, but are subject to variation without notice. The operating schedules nd the routes of some of the tours and safaris may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Go Wander Dubai and/or our suppliers. In most cases, confirmation is issued instantly; however, some bookings may take up to 24 hours to confirm. If a booking cannot be confirmed due to non-availability, a full refund will be issued.

What Is Non-Refundable

The following items are strictly non-refundable once confirmed:

  • No-shows or failure to arrive on time
  • Partially used services
  • Instant confirmation products (theme park tickets, attraction passes, event tickets, etc.)
  • Visa processing fees (UAE or any international visa)
  • Special promotional or discounted products

Operational Cancellations

Go Wander Dubai and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of an experience/activity at our discretion without prior notification due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Technical issues
  • Governmental restrictions
  • Supplier operational issues

In such cases, Go Wander Dubai may offer, at its discretion:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A rescheduled date
  • An alternative activity of similar value

Failure to Appear/Pickup

If a guest does not appear at the pickup point, meeting location, or is not ready at the specified time provided by our team, this is treated as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

Guests must follow the itinerary, pickup instructions, and timing provided by Go Wander Dubai.

How to Cancel or Amend

All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The date and time we receive your email determines the applicable cancellation rules specified on the experience/activity page.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Service fees, payment processing fees, and supplier charges may be deducted from refunds
  • Some tours, tickets, and packages may have stricter policies — these will always override the general policy
