Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Go Wander Dubai (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Dubai travel based platform providing travel and tourism services worldwide. By using this website and booking any service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions will be effective from the last updated date mentioned above ("Terms and Conditions").

Go Wander Dubai Scope of Service

Go Wander Dubai acts as a booking broker via it’s online e-commerce travel platform for third-party suppliers. These include tour operators hotels, transport companies, attraction providers, yacht operators, water sports operators, and event/activity organisers. All vehicles, vessels, equipment, venues and infrastructure are owned and operated by these independent suppliers. We arrange bookings on your behalf but do not operate the experiences/activities ourselves.

Vouchers, Tickets & Supplier Terms

All booking confirmations, vouchers, tickets and coupons issued by Go Wander Dubai are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by both Go Wander Dubai’s Terms and the supplier’s Terms.

Accuracy of Booking Information

You are responsible for providing correct and complete booking information including:

  • Names (as per passport),
  • Travel dates,
  • Passport and ID details,
  • Contact information.

We are not liable for denied entry, missed experiences/activities, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice due to supplier costs, government fees, seasonal demand or transportation charges. Unless stated otherwise: Prices are per person & Accommodation and insurance are not included.

Travel Insurance & Liability

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all guests.

Go Wander Dubai accepts no responsibility for:

  • Injury, illness, accident, loss, or death

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings

  • Supplier negligence or equipment failure

Participation in all experiences/activities is at your own risk.

Risk Acceptance & Fitness to Participate

Some activities involve inherent risks including adventure sports, water sports, desert driving, aerial activities, marine excursions etc.

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate

  • You accept all risks associated with the experience/activity

You must follow all instructions given by guides, drivers, captains or experience/activity leaders. If, in their opinion, your behavior or condition is unsafe, you may be removed from the experience/activity without refund.

Indemnity & Waivers

Certain experiences/activities require signing a waiver or indemnity form before participation. Refusal to sign may result in denial of service without refund.

Payments & Fraud Prevention

All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • UAE is our country of domicile

  • Users under 18 may not transact

  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer in AED, USD, EUR and GBP

  • Card payments are processed securely

We reserve the right to verify card ownership and request identification at check-in or booking confirmation to prevent fraud. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation without refund.

We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and receipt which must be presented to the service provider.

Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

Each experience/activity has its own cancellation and refund policy displayed on its page.

  • Changes are subject to availability

  • Supplier and service fees may apply

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable

Failure to arrive at the pickup point or experience/activity location on time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Suppliers may modify schedules, routes, inclusions, or equipment. If a material change occurs and you are not satisfied with the alternative, you may be entitled to a refund as per the applicable policy.

Supplier-Led Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel, change or omit any experience/activity due to:

  • Weather

  • Safety issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure

Refunds, credits or reschedules may be offered at our discretion or that of the supplier.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A 4% bank processing fee applies

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific experience/activity policy

Travel Documents

You must carry valid passport, visa (if required) and ID.
No refunds or reschedules will be provided if you are denied participation due to missing documents.

Non-Transferable Bookings

Tickets, vouchers and bookings are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged or used for commercial or promotional purposes.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made using invalid or abused promotional codes.

Lost Property

We are not responsible for items left behind. Found items may be stored for a limited period before being disposed of.

Website Content & Usage

All content on this website including logos, images, text and pricing is the property of Go Wander Dubai and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
