Transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
Transfers will be provided based on the option selected at the time of booking.
Please provide accurate pickup details to ensure a smooth and timely pickup.
Some attractions may be closed on specific days or weekends, and no compensation will be offered in such cases.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside vehicles during tours that include transfer services.
Al Ain National Heritage, Al Ain Fort, and the Archaeological Park remain closed on Mondays and Fridays.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour start (terms may vary, so check your booking confirmation). If cancellation made within 48 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
