Free Places To Visit In UAE

1. Al Ain Oasis

Discover a new world under a canopy of 147,000 date palms made up of 100 different varieties. They are surrounded by fruit trees, including mango, banana and fig.

The oasis has eight gates, however, visitors usually enter through the West Gate. This gate is the main entrance where visitors can access the information and also hire bikes for sightseeing.

If you wish to learn about the various plant species that are native to the UAE, a trip to this oasis is worthwhile. This place is perfect for families with children.

One of the best thing you can do at Al Ain Oasis is walking across the calm, broad pathways alongside the never-ending row of palm trees.  The oasis may be walked around and explored in its many areas for about 90 minutes.

2. Love Lake

This popular spot in the desert consists of two large, inter-connected heart-shaped lakes, which inspired its name.

Visitors can picnic or set up barbeque in designated areas. This is also an ideal place to go for a stroll or a jog, and enjoy the greenery.

Because of the roads that lead to the destination can get rugged and bumpy, a 4×4 vehicle is recommended.

3. Jebel Jais

Jebel Jais is the highest peak in UAE and offers amazing views. This mountain is a popular tourist attraction and also hosts the world’s longest zipline.

Jebel Jais is the perfect escape to an adventure and roadtrip, especially in the winter months.

If you love adventure, then there are so many things you can do at Jebel Jais including hiking, camping, cycling, and more.

4. Al Seef

Visiting Al Seef is the best way to experience “Old Dubai”.

Al Seef is a busy district that spreads over 1.8 km and is deeply established in Dubai’s culture and heritage.

It features amazing vibes of Dubai’s historic creek. Beautiful traditions are combined with modern designs presenting the city’s blend between it’s past an future.

You don’t need to purchase any fee to enter to Al Seef. However, if you want to enter any restaurant or hotel, then charges are applied according to their terms and conditions.

5. Dubai Creek Harbour

This is the best spot to observe the amazing Dubai’s skyline.

Spend some time relaxing while gazing at the breathtaking view of the waters. If you visit at sunset time, you will be amazed looking at the sun setting in the waters in the backdrop of skyscrapers.

6. Wadi Shees

Wadi Shees is one of the most beautiful valley in the eastern part of the UAE and it’s the perfect place to relax and explore amongst the Hajar mountains.

This place offers opportunities to experience striking natural scenery, hiking and camping.

There is a fun children’s play area situated below, along with dedicated BBQ pits, shaded benches, and a spectacular waterfall.
