The world’s first Bugatti Residences in Dubai

In an extraordinary collaboration, Binghatti, a distinguished real estate developer in the UAE, has joined forces with Bugatti, the renowned French luxury car brand, to introduce the world’s first Bugatti Residences in Dubai.

The project was unveiled on May 24, 2023, by the CEO of the two: Bugatti Rimac and Muhammad BinGhatti.

The designs draw inspiration from the beaches of the French Riviera and the dunes of Dubai, resulting in a unique and captivating living environment.

Every aspect of the Bugatti Residences reflects the brand’s distinctive design elements, from bespoke Bugatti furniture to meticulously crafted interiors that embody luxury and style.

The residences will be located in Business Bay and all units will have a view of the Dubai Water Canal on each and Burj Khalifa-Downtown on the other side.

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will offer 182 luxurious units spread across 42 floors, including two, three, and four-bedroom penthouses. It will feature 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses.

Residents will be able to indulge in a range of exclusive amenities, including a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, private fitness club, an exquisite chef’s table and personalized valet services.

The ultra-high-net-worth residents of Bugatti Residences will enjoy the convenience of driving their vehicles directly into the building’s lift and parking them on their floors. Each unit will be equipped with its own dedicated parking space.

The highest penthouse will boast an impressive 20 parking slots, offering ample room for multiple vehicles.
